Welcome and congratulations for downloading this workbook.
You are about to learn the steps towards developing your three month vision as a pathway to building your new life with confidence.
By making a commitment to yourself and investing the time to follow this through you will also learn you can rely upon and trust yourself.
When you choose healthful, energising and self-loving daily habits you will see your life improve.
In the following pages, first you will see a step by step of what to do, followed by a list of suggestions on the appendix pages that you may choose from to get you kick started with your NEW BEGINNING into creating your NEW YOU.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Read through the steps and DO the actions.
This is a WORKBOOK and change takes action!
Allow yourself 20 minutes of quiet time to consider these questions that help you create and shape your vision for your next 3 months.
Write your answers in the PRESENT tense, and be as SPECIFIC as you can
The time to get started is NOW!
You can figure out which steps you need to set yourself up to create a successful future.

Looking over your vision in each area write down your intention and your theme for the next three months.

Goinig back over your three month vision, what are the Obstacles that come up?

Imagine those obstacles were wiped away...
Think about the possibilities.
Our brains are designed NOT to change, we need to keep remembering obstacles, believing they are true and important.
Now you get to write out what is possible. What if there were no obstacles? What would be different then?

Watch out for SENSATIONS
Each day check in to see how you FEEL about your new vision.
Tick off each day as you complete your intention; and note how you feel about it.
Start with your BEFORE feelings now!.

Treat each day as a celebration towards
YOUR VISION
Evaluate your progress.
Evaluation is a success habit which you can choose to do either weekly, daily or monthly.
This is the way we continuously learn and grow.

TIME TO CELEBRATE!!
You get to choose when to celebrate; e.g. each time you complete 10 days with your new theme and new vision, or after each month.
After patting yourself on the back and acknowledging how far you've come, this is the perfect time to re assess your choices by asking yourself about each one.
This helps your mind know why you are choosing change and that it IS working!

Next steps
Depending on your answers, from both your evaluations and your assessments you now get to choose your NEXT STEPS.
You may want to go back to step 1 and tweak your vision by adjusting or recreating it - BUT be sure you have given it ENOUGH time.
If you chose too many changes at once, dial it back, working on one vision and bedding it in is the path to success.
Imagine what you will be able to achieve once you apply each item on your list starting with ten day or one month batches!
Start each new vision cycle with full intention to complete your choice.
If you slip up or forget, forgive yourself and continue or re-start at day 1 with your vision.
By following this model you will be building more self-confidence and self-assurance and success every day.
